This is who I am:

I have been working in the housing industry since 1976 and have a real passion for helping home buyers and home owners who want to save money on their mortgages. I love learning new things about my industry and confess to being a bit of a seminar addict. I like to learn from the best! I'm a charter member of my Business Network International (BNI) chapter. I love this group and live their motto "Givers gain".

On the personal side, I have 4 children and 8 grandchildren and I'm very thankful they all live within a five hour drive - it helps me stay involved in their lives and I love that.

I enjoy sharing meals and playing games with friends (Mah Jongg is a current favorite), volunteering at local musical events and I'm active in my church. Playing in the hand bell choir is one of the activities I really enjoy. I'm very interested in health and fitness topics too - I want to be around for a long time so I can bounce great grand babies on my knee one of these days! I'm a dog lover who can't remember ever not living with a dog.

In my life right now is my smallest dog ever - my Maltese only weighs 9 pounds! He is the first dog I've ever had who weighs less than 60 pounds! I've also had a variety of other pets - cats, fish, birds, Peruvian guinea pigs and even one spotted salamander!

I love working with home buyers. My goal is to make the purchase experience easy and stress-free for my clients. All the upheaval in a home buyer's life is enough - packing, moving, changing utilities and my personal worst, a new day care provider - that you just don't need a 
stressful mortgage process! The same is true to a lesser degree for people who are refinancing. Some of the specialty needs I fill are renovation mortgages like the FHA 203(k), Reverse Mortgages for people over 62, and working with veterans although I offer a full range of mortgage loans of every variety.

We also communicate with you throughout the process so that you are always aware of what's going on with your loan application. Plus we follow up with you after closing.
